Is there a pool in the residence?
Yes, a shared condominium pool used by the other residents too. It is the common pool of the complex rather than a resort pool. The sea itself is a ten-minute walk away.
How do I get to Cala Violina from the apartment?
It takes about fifteen minutes by car: take the SP158 towards Follonica and follow the turn-off for the Bandite di Scarlino nature reserve. From the car park you continue on foot along the path through the pine wood, around twenty minutes. From May to September access is limited and has to be booked in advance on the Scarlino town council website. You can also cycle there along the reserve trails.
Is the apartment suitable for families with children?
Yes. It sleeps four, the kitchen is fully equipped and linen is included. Puntone beach, ten minutes on foot, has shallow water. Ask for a cot or high chair when you book if you need one.
Is there private parking?
Yes, one free parking space reserved for the apartment. There is free public parking nearby if you come with a second car.
